Establishment of the College
Government Graduate College for Women Bahawalnagar is a Milestone imparting Education to the local and non-local students of this area.
This college was established in 1967 as Girls Inter College under the supervision of Bahawal Education Welfare Society. It was started in a very small building, belonging to Municipal Committee Bahawalnagar.
Principal's Message
I, as the head of the institution welcome all the students of Government graduate College for women, Bahawalnagar. I hope that this institution becomes a great honor for you. (Ameen) To increase the Grandeur and Prestige of the college is one of my top priorities. I will try to make the role of female students a key factor in the best construction of the society. I will strive to provide the students with an environment in which the scientific and critical approach to life is exposed to modern requirements.
I will try to solve the problems that may arise in the education of students as soon as possible and to provide the best facilities according to the provided (by Government) resources. Curricular as well co-curricular activities are important for the best education and all round development of student that’s why I will also try my best to organize academic and literary pursuits in the college so that as half of the population, female students with good character can play their full role in the society. In this regard of Education and Training co-operation of parents is essential. Dear students, Keep in mind that your institution is a trustee of a high role. Make your hard work a Motto and prove to the society that you are fully aware and practical this is the only way to make the borrowed life eternal.
